By choosing to pay using cryptocurrency, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing all cryptocurrency transactions with CorpShadow. Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are subject to their specific refund and return policy, which precedes the return policy for other payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

1. Cryptocurrency Payments

• CorpShadow accepts cryptocurrency payments in BTC/LTC/BCH.
• Payments are processed via blockchain networks and are considered final and irreversible once confirmed.
• Customers will receive an invoice in the transaction's original currency (e.g., CAD/USD), specifying the product or service's value in fiat currency. The equivalent cryptocurrency amount at the time of purchase will be used to complete the transaction.

2. Precedence of Cryptocurrency Refund Policy

• All transactions made using cryptocurrency are subject to this specific cryptocurrency refund policy.
• The cryptocurrency refund policy outlined in this document supersedes any return, refund, or exchange policy associated with payments made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
• Customers acknowledge that, by choosing cryptocurrency as a payment method, they agree to the terms and conditions specific to cryptocurrency payments, as stated herein.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Amounts

• Refunds will be processed based on the product or service's value in the original purchase currency (e.g., CAD/USD) as stated on the invoice.
• If the cryptocurrency's value increases: The refund will be issued for the fiat value of the transaction (e.g., $100), converted to the cryptocurrency value at the time of refund processing. For example, if $100 was paid with 0.001 BTC, the refund will equal $100 worth of BTC at the current rate, regardless of whether BTC's value has increased.
• If the cryptocurrency's value decreases: The refund will be issued in the original cryptocurrency amount received (e.g., 0.001 BTC), even if the cryptocurrency's current value is less than the original fiat value.

3.2 Refund Approvals

• Refunds will only be processed where CorpShadow agrees to provide a refund. The approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of CorpShadow.

3.3 Non-Refundable Fees

• Any blockchain transaction fees (e.g., gas fees, miner fees) associated with the original payment will not be refunded.

4. Invoicing

• Customers will receive an invoice showing the product or service's value in the original purchase currency (e.g., CAD/USD).
• The cryptocurrency payment is based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction and does not appear as a line item on the invoice.

5. Payment Accuracy and Responsibility

• Customers must ensure the accuracy of the wallet address and payment details when completing cryptocurrency transactions.
• CorpShadow is not responsible for lost or incorrect payments due to customer errors, including but not limited to:
  • Sending payments to the wrong wallet address.
  • Using the wrong cryptocurrency or payment network.
  • Technical issues on the customer’s end during the transaction process.

6. Exchange Rate Disclaimer

• Cryptocurrency exchange rates are volatile and fluctuate frequently. The exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be used to determine the cryptocurrency amount required for payment.
• Refunds will adhere strictly to the policy outlined in Section 3, ensuring no gains or losses from cryptocurrency value fluctuations.

7. Finality of Payments

• Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible. Once confirmed on the blockchain, they cannot be cancelled or undone.

8. Fraud Prevention

• CorpShadow reserves the right to withhold services, products, or refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• CorpShadow is not liable for any:
  • Delays or errors in blockchain confirmations.
  • Losses arising from cryptocurrency value fluctuations.
  • Disputes related to lost payments or incorrect transaction details provided by the customer.

10. Modification of Terms

• CorpShadow reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future transactions.
