Description

PWM port on ODROID-XU4 2pin header which connector is Molex 51021-0200 / 1.25mm pitch.

The fan motor speed is controlled by CPU temperature proportionally 
Thermal interface material (double-side tape) is assembled.
This cooling fan is useful for who need the full throttled Quad-core performance and over-clocking
Replace the on-board passive heat sink with this active cooling fan
 
Cautions! 

1. Must remove a thin transparent film on the neat before mounting on the PCB
2. Minimize stress/bending to the PCB when you mount/un-mount the cooler
